Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with TASCO, either for export or local sales, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. TASCO reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
2. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance by TASCO. Confirmation occurs only after receipt of a purchase order and, for export orders, an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) or advance payment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Export pricing is based on FOB, C&F, CIF, or CPT terms as agreed.
Payment terms for export are through irrevocable and transferable Letter of Credit at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (60% advance, 40% after inspection before shipment).
Local online sales are prepaid via available payment methods.
Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
4. Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity for export is generally 2000 pieces per style or color. Local orders vary according to product availability.
5. Delivery & Lead Time
Export lead times depend on product type, quality checks, lab-dip approvals, and factory capacity, typically 60-120 days after L/C receipt.
Local online deliveries are made within 3 days inside Dhaka and up to 7 days outside Dhaka after order confirmation.
TASCO is not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping
Export shipments are made via sea or air as per buyer agreement.
Local shipments are delivered via trusted local couriers.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Export orders: Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects within 3 days with proper documentation. Returns or replacements require TASCO’s approval.
Local online sales: No refunds are available. Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged goods, reported within 3 days with video proof. Customers bear shipping costs for exchanges unless defect confirmed by TASCO.
8. Product Specifications & Color Variations
Colors and designs shown online or in samples may vary slightly due to manufacturing or screen display differences. Customers should confirm all product details before ordering.
9. Liability
TASCO’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods. TASCO is not responsible for indirect damages, losses, or delays outside its control.
10. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All design, tech packs, and related documents shared with TASCO remain confidential. TASCO respects clients’ intellectual property rights and expects the same.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
