Export Shipping:
TASCO ships internationally via FOB (Chittagong Sea Port or Dhaka International Airport), C&F, CIF, or CPT based on buyer requirements. Lead times vary by product category—typically 60 to 120 days from receipt of Letter of Credit (L/C). Delivery time depends on product complexity, colors, lab-dip approvals, and factory capacity. Repeat orders often enjoy reduced lead times.
Local Shipping:
For online local orders, delivery within Dhaka is made within 3 days after order confirmation. For outside Dhaka, delivery takes up to 7 days. TASCO strives to maintain punctual and safe deliveries throughout Bangladesh.
Returns & Exchanges:
For local online sales, TASCO does not offer refunds. Customers must carefully verify product details before purchase.
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products and must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Video evidence of unboxing is required for verification.
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless TASCO confirms product defects.
For export orders, buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify TASCO within 3 days for any quality issues. Claims without timely reporting or evidence will not be accepted. Returns or replacements depend on TASCO’s approval after defect verification.
