Refunds & Exchanges

Local Online Sales:
TASCO does not offer refunds on products purchased through our local online store.
Customers must carefully review product details, size, color, and description before placing an order.
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
To request an exchange, customers must notify TASCO within 3 days of receiving the product.
A clear video of the unboxing and defect must be provided to process the exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products for exchange unless TASCO confirms a defect.
If the defect is confirmed, TASCO will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement.
No exchanges are allowed for change of mind, size, or color discrepancies due to screen display or manufacturing variations.

Export Sales:
Buyers must inspect goods before ship from the factory.
Defective products can be replaced subject to TASCO’s approval and verification.
TASCO’s liability is limited to the replacement of faulty goods only.
