2. Modes of payment:
– L/C at sight (irrevocable & transferable)
– T/T payment: 60% advance, 40% after final inspection
3. Minimum order is 2000 pieces per style or per color.
4. Yes. TASCO handles all types of knit, woven, sweater garments.
5. Yes. We also produce and export all types of leather goods.
6. We handle bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, table napkins, etc.
7. Yes. Our QA team follows MIL-STD-105E, AATC, ASTM, ISO standards from yarn to final product.
8. Buyers must provide a clear tech pack (specs, sketch, ratio, color, quantity) or a master sample.
9. Once our price is accepted, we need either a sample or detailed sketch + measurements to develop a counter sample.
10. 90–120 days after L/C receipt, depending on lab dips, color, and factory slot.
11. 60–90 days from L/C receipt.
12. 75–90 days after L/C receipt.
13. FOB Chittagong Port / Dhaka Airport, or C&F/CIF by sea/air. Lead time counts from L/C receipt, not order date.
14. L/C should be opened in favor of TASCO. We’ll provide a custom L/C format on request. Ensure timely L/C to avoid delays.
15. Yes. We support Proto, Fit, Size Set, Pre-Production (PP) and shipment samples.
16. Our in-house QA team ensures quality at every stage: yarn, dyeing, stitching, finishing and packaging.
17. We monitor progress daily and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
18. Yes. For local sales, we offer exchange only (no refund), with courier cost borne by the customer.
19. Customers must inspect before buying. Unboxing video is required. Complaints must be made within 3 days.
20. If defective, TASCO pays courier charge. If not, buyer pays.
21. Yes, due to lighting or graphics, slight color variations may occur.
