Vendor Conduct

At TASCO, we believe that strong and ethical partnerships are the foundation of sustainable growth. As part of our commitment to responsible sourcing and global best practices, we expect all our vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to adhere to a strict code of conduct. This ensures that every product we deliver is made under fair, ethical, and legally compliant conditions.
1. Ethical Business Practices
Vendors must operate with integrity and transparency, avoiding any form of corruption, bribery, or unethical behavior. All business dealings should be accurately recorded and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Labor Standards & Human Rights
We strongly oppose child labor, forced labor, and any exploitative practices. Vendors must provide a safe, respectful workplace free from harassment or discrimination. All employees should be treated with dignity, fairly compensated, and given the right to associate freely.
3. Health & Safety
All factories and production sites must maintain safe and hygienic working conditions. Proper safety equipment, emergency procedures, and clean facilities are non-negotiable for all our vendor partners.
4. Environmental Responsibility
Vendors are expected to comply with all environmental regulations and actively minimize their environmental footprint. Efficient use of resources, proper waste management, and pollution control are essential parts of this responsibility.
5. Quality & Compliance
All products must meet agreed quality standards and comply with international regulations and buyer-specific requirements. Vendors should allow audits and quality inspections throughout the production cycle.
6. Transparency & Collaboration
TASCO values long-term relationships built on trust. Vendors must maintain open communication, share production updates regularly, and notify TASCO of any issues that could impact quality or delivery.
By partnering with TASCO, vendors commit to upholding these standards. Non-compliance may result in termination of business relations. Together, we aim to build a supply chain that is ethical, sustainable, and globally respected.
